At Genus we are ensuring that we are behaving in a responsible manner in the current climate. We are committed to looking after the health and well-being of our customers and colleagues.

We have considered the official Government advice and have undertaken a risk assessment of our work premises and ways of working. As a result a number of our office staff are now working from home.

Our on site staff and those who remain in the office have little close contact with our customers and therefore we are still open if customers wish to collect their plants.

We do not believe that there is a case for stopping or cancelling deliveries due to this outbreak and hence our standard terms and conditions apply.

Our drivers will offload deliveries themselves wearing gloves and keeping a safe distance and would appreciate if any helpers your end would do the same. For the time being, we will not be asking customers to sign off delivery notes.

To date we have not experienced problems in receiving deliveries from our suppliers however we will update our customers if this situation changes.

We look forward to continuing to provide as normal a service as possible in these challenging times.
