Genus  Plant Sourcing are continuing to operate as normal over this lockdown period. We have carried out a full risk assessment, based on the official Government advice, and are confident that we can continue to operate safely during the coming weeks.

Our office will remain open as usual. April and Belinda are on hand to deal with any incoming telephone enquiries. April will continue to process order confirmations, while Belinda is available for all accounts related questions. 

The rest of the Genus Plant Sourcing staff are spread out across Gloucestershire (and beyond).

Emma and Pip will be working from home and are both fully contactable. They will be picking up and responding to emails as usual so continue to send your quotation requests to pip@13.40.173.144.

Matt, Bec and Jess will continue to work from the depths of the Genus polytunnels, looking after plants and pulling together orders (with Matt working from the main office as needed).

Our fantastic delivery driver’s, Dave and Tony will still be driving from one end of the country to the other, ensuring that your plants are delivered on time. 

Both Dave and Tony always offload deliveries wearing gloves and make sure to maintain a safe distance. We would appreciate if any helpers did the same. As with the first lockdown, we will not ask customers to sign off delivery notes.

If you need to head over to the nursery to collect a plant order, we ask that you call ahead to ensure we have your order pulled out and ready. We will not be able to provide a collection service unless you have called ahead to pre-book.
