Here at Genus we are excited for another busy year for all the team.  We are looking forward to employing new initiatives which will improve our whole process from ordering to delivery!

We have had a look at how we can improve our service to our customers, and with this in mind, we are currently implementing new software to aid our ordering process, updating our delivery strategies and expanding the team – all of which we hope will provide a more streamlined process from start to finish.  As with all changes (especially when it comes to computers!) there may be some teething problems, so please be patient with us!

Another couple of exciting new developments are that contract growing is now an option for all the plants you love to use but struggle to find! Please feel free to ask us for more details.  We are also looking to open a Cash & Carry service – which will mean we will have an array of plants here on site available for you to come and choose and collect on the same day – ideal for any maintenance jobs, or even if you just wanted to come and have a browse and a chat with our glass house team for any help or advise.

Something to bear in mind – we are looking to hold another Open Day around Easter time – we will keep you posted but would love to see lots of you join us!!
